Teri Nicholson Co-Owner & General Manager Teri W. Nicholson has been Co-Owner and General Manager of Greenway Title, Inc., since January, 2006. She is an experienced real estate professional, closing over 3000 transactions, and has an extensive work history in the legal field. Teri received her degree from Middle Tennessee State University, has been a resident of Rutherford County since 1972, and has raised her two children in Murfreesboro. By implementing new closing procedures and upgrading computer software, Teri’s goal for Greenway Title is to meet the needs of its customers by providing fast, accurate and professional transactions in a setting full of Southern tradition and hospitality.
