Larry K. Tolbert In-House Councel Larry K. Tolbert is an attorney specializing in probate matters and real estate for over 30 years. While maintaining his private law practice, he also serves as legal counsel for Greenway Title, doing all Rutherford County title searches and examinations. Mr. Tolbert has a law degree from the University of Tennessee and an undergraduate degree from Middle Tennessee State University. He is been a lifelong resident of Rutherford County and was the prior owner of Greenway Title, Inc.
