A Distinguished History Greenway Title, Inc. is incorporated with the State of Tennessee, and received its Certificate of Authority as Title Insurance Agency, ID Number 965. Larry K. Tolbert, a long-time Rutherford County real estate attorney serves as Greenway’s in-house legal counsel and continues to search titles for the company, after selling it in 2006. Mr. Tolbert maintains an office in the Greenway building and continues to practice law, specializing in estate planning and real estate contract law. Teri Nicholson has been co-owner and manager of Greenway Title since 2006. Valued staff members Lori Smithson and Robin Tate, are highly trained and experienced in processing and closing real estate transactions. Collectively, Greenway Title has over 20 years of real estate experience, with an excellent reputation for being accurate, efficient and professional. Greenway does not participate in an affiliated business arrangement with a real estate company, bank, or mortgage company.
