A Distinguished History Prior to February 2001, until Greenway Title, Inc. was incorporated with the State of Tennessee, and recieved its Certificate of Authority as Title Insurance Agency, ID Number 965, it was the law office of Larry K. Tolbert, a Rutherford County attorney, who had been practicing real estate law for over 30 years. In January, 2006, Larry sold Greenway Title to co-owners Teri Nicholson and Ralph Turley. Even though Larry Tolbert is no longer an owner, he still contracts to do title searches and serves as in-house legal counsel, as needed. Collectively, Greenway Title has over 20 years of real estate experience, with an excellent reputation for being accurate, efficient and professional.
